By accessing or using Car Show and Swap ("the App" or "Service"), operated by Cloud Shoppes, LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Car Show and Swap is a platform that helps users discover car shows, cruise-ins, swap meets, and other automotive events. We provide event listings, location-based search, and event management features through our mobile application and website.

User Responsibilities

When using the Service, you agree to:

Not submit false, misleading, or spam content
Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose

Event Listings

Event information is provided by event organizers and community members. While we strive to maintain accurate listings, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all event details. We recommend confirming event information with the organizer before attending.

We reserve the right to remove any event listing that violates these terms or that we determine to be inappropriate, inaccurate, or spam.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-submitted events), is owned by Cloud Shoppes, LLC and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLOUD SHOPPES, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

We are not responsible for any issues arising from attendance at events listed in the Service, including but not limited to event cancellations, injuries, property damage, or disputes with event organizers.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.
