Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Car Show and Swap ("the Service"), operated by Cloud Shoppes, LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18 years old, you must have your parent or guardian's consent to use the Service and they must agree to these Terms on your behalf. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

Description of Service

Car Show and Swap is a platform that helps users discover car shows, cruise-ins, swap meets, and other automotive events. We provide event listings, location-based search, event management features, and community tools through our mobile application and website.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

Keep your login information confidential
Not share your account with others
Not create multiple accounts to evade suspensions
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Not impersonate any person or entity

User-Generated Content

When you submit content to the Service, including event listings, photos, flyers, comments, or other materials ("User Content"), you grant Cloud Shoppes, LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, display, and distribute your User Content in connection with operating and promoting the Service.

You retain ownership of your User Content, but you represent and warrant that:

You own or have the right to share all content you submit
Your content does not infringe any third-party rights
Your content is accurate and not misleading
Your content complies with all applicable laws

Prohibited Activities

When using the Service, you agree NOT to:

Submit false, misleading, or spam event listings
Post content that is illegal, obscene, or offensive
Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
Scrape, crawl, or collect data without permission
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code
Interfere with the Service's operation
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Circumvent any access restrictions or security measures

Event Listings

Event information is provided by event organizers and community members. While we strive to maintain accurate listings, we cannot independently verify or guarantee the accuracy of all event details. We recommend confirming event information with the organizer before attending.

We reserve the right to remove any event listing that violates these terms or that we determine to be inappropriate, inaccurate, or spam. Intentionally submitting false event information may result in account suspension or termination.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, logos, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by Cloud Shoppes, LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without permission.
